Training Programs

All training programs are the result of a detailed individual and sporting needs analysis.

Conducted via e-mail this can be completed anywhere in the world.

The programs are based upon sound scientific principles that prepare the athlete for the demands of the sport whilst still taking into consideration their strengths and weaknesses.

The programs are periodized, or structured to enable the athlete to be in optimal condition in order to produce thier peak performance at their target event.
