Dan Sims

Dan is a British Strength and Conditioning coach (UKSCA accredited), and current GB Age-Group Triathlete.  With a degree in Sports Coaching and a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning, Dan has the knowledge to back up his experience of coaching a wide range of athletes and sports.

Currently coaching 12 year old Kent County Tennis Champion Rory Grant, Brazilian international hockey player Stephane Vehrle-Smith, several GB age group triathletes and duathletes, and numerous club cyclists.  Dan also coaches at Mayfield girls school, focusing on Long Term Athletic Development with the girls on sports scholarships.

Dan has represented Great Britain at several World Championships in short course triathlon. Now moving up to the longer distance races, Dan qualified for the 2015 Hawaii Ironman World Championships at only his second Ironman with a 2nd place at Ironman Wales.
